Bridgemarkets assumes no direct responsibility for the delivery, logistics, or tracking of orders placed through the platform.

Coordination and Tracking
Once a purchase is made, the buyer must communicate directly with the supplier to:

  • Confirm available shipping methods.
  • Agree on estimated delivery dates.
  • Request proof of dispatch or tracking numbers.
  • Resolve any logistical questions related to their order.

Contact with the supplier can be made through the channels indicated in their business profile within the platform.

Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times are determined and communicated directly by each seller. They may vary depending on:

  • Buyer’s location.
  • Selected logistics method (air, land, sea, among others).
  • Nature of the product or service purchased.
  • Customs procedures and regulations of the destination country.

We recommend confirming all this information before completing your payment.

Customs Procedures and Taxes
In the case of international purchases, taxes, customs duties, and additional charges associated with the nationalization of the product are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the supplier explicitly states otherwise.

The buyer will be responsible for:

Some products may require particular logistical conditions due to their size, weight, fragility, or legal regulations. It is the supplier’s responsibility to inform about these cases and the buyer’s responsibility to accept the conditions before finalizing the purchase.

Any questions related to the status of a shipment, delivery times, logistics costs, or claims must be managed directly with the business from which you made the purchase.

At Bridgemarkets, we work to facilitate the connection between buyers and sellers, but we do not intervene in the logistical operations of orders.
